The Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2012 (MDT) and Windows Deployment Service (WDS) offers a complete deployment solution. While the end result of both MDT and WDS is a fully deployed Windows 7 machine – their deployment processes couldn’t be more dissimilar. In this session you’ll learn the three types of images (thin, thick and hybrid), two image formats (.vhd vs .wim) and the tools that can create, manage and deploy them.
